Police Station Attendance

Both of us are available 24/7. If Vic is working, his mobile will be transferred to Cheryl who is a fully accredited police station representative. If one of us cannot do a station it is likely that the other can do it. If we cannot help you in a particular matter we would be glad to refer you to other agents.

We Provide:-

Fully completed and contract compliant forms if you require this

Legal Aid forms will be completed as fully as possible and the client will be informed as to the information or documents he needs to provide.

We will report by telephone immediately after the police station if required. Where it is out of hours we will report at open of business.

A written report will be emailed to you within 24 hours or overnight if the defendant is in custody.
All papers will be with you within 2 working days.

We will complete your file folder and opening documents, if you require this.
We will chase the police up and deal with all the calls from “his sisters and his cousins and his aunts”.

If required, Vic can appear in court if the client is kept in. This would be subject to any pre-booked commitments.

We would cover police stations in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and West Yorkshire subject to payment of mileage at 45ppm. We would be prepared to go farther afield subject to agreement.

Our rates would be 50% of the net fee (75% out of hours) plus mileage.
For any advice call that did not end up as an attendance, we would charge £15 which would include routine calls to and from police, relatives etc.

Realistic, advocate-friendly advice will be given to avoid the ”yeah, you should get bail” syndrome.

We would request payment within 14 days of delivery of papers and invoice.
